Company files Updated Registration Statement with SEC
BETHESDA, MD – 11 February 2008: Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (AIM: NWBS and NWBT; OTC BB: NWBO) today announced that Post-Effective Amendment No. 2 to its S-1 Registration Statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) became effective at 4:00 pm (Washington DC time) on 8 February 2008. This amendment to the Registration Statement, which was originally filed on 17 July 2006, registers for sale stock (including stock issuable under related warrants) issued through a securities purchase agreement completed in March 2006. The amendment includes updated disclosure regarding the company and its activities. Holders of stock registered by this filing will now be able to freely trade such stock.
