Company Reports Issuance of Stock Option Awards
BETHESDA, MD – 3 January 2008 – Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (AIM:NWBS and NWBT; OTC BB: NWBO), today filed a Report (Form 8K) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announcing the issuance of stock option awards to Alton L. Boynton, its President and Chief Executive Officer and Marnix Bosch, its Chief Technical Officer. The Company had previously announced its intention to issue these awards in the AIM Admission Document published on 19 June 2007.
