Company files Amendment to Annual Report with SEC
BETHESDA, MD – 4 December 2007: Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (AIM: NWBS and NWBT; OTC BB: NWBO) today filed an amendment to its Annual Report (Form 10-K) for the year ended 31 December 2006 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). In the Form 10-K that was originally filed, the auditor’s report relied on the report of the Company’s previous auditor with respect to the period from the formation of the Company to 31 December 2003. In response to comments received from the SEC staff on 27 November 2007, the Company’s current auditor has expanded the scope of its report to cover the entire period from formation (18 March 1996) to 31 December 2007.
