Issue of Shares
Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (AIM: NWBS and NWBT; OTC BB: NWBO.US), announces
it has issued 335,097 shares of common stock $0.001 par value, representing
0.7913% of the issued share capital, in fulfillment of warrant exercises at a
price of US$2.10 per share. The shares were issued as follows: 20,213 shares on
11 July 2007, 57,771 shares on 12 July 2007 and 257,113 shares on 16 July 2007.
Application has been made today for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM
on 6 November 2007.
